Sniff . had phys test today . aiya got 3 careless mistkes + - aka 3/30 FLY . which SUCKS . ugh . disgusting . why am i such a disgusting creature . Eek .

By making you strain your under-thigh muscles once a year, you lose 2000 calories and thus encourages people to strain their thigh muscles even more often to maintain a healthy lifestyle . ok srsly i dno why sit-and-reach is part of pft
2. How does Standing Broad Jump help keep you fit ?
By using swinging to create momentum to propel your body over a distance that could have been covered in a split second if you wern't standing there swinging your arms preparing yourself for the darn stinking jump for th past 20 seconds, you moderate the blood flow through your body and thus prevent blood clots . LOL ? standing broad jump wtf . you, frog, are certified FIT because you can jump far !
3. 2.4km . Good or bad?
On one hand, running 2.4km once a year would NOT certify you as fit. However, by implementing this as compulsory, people are forced to practice ( If they are not naturally staminaful at birth ) to be able to pass this tedious assignment. Then again, why one might not raise this issue to the government is that one fears the government agree with this stand and thus either abolish it (YAY) or make it take place more often (angry mob awaits thee)
Therefore, since we have been taught to take relevant risks . Also because when you weigh the consequences of each one, it is better to leave PFT the way it is to avoid adding fuel to the fire.
